Cricket Wireless announced a new mobile music service called Muve Music. What’s interesting about it is that it comes included in a wireless rate plan that has been designed specifically for the mobile phone. For just $55 per month, Muve Music customers will get unlimited music, Nationwide Talk, Text, Web and more.

The official debut day is set at January 6th just in time for the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. During the event, the carrier will also launch the Samsung Suede which has been designed to sing along the new service and which will be available for $199. The all-touchscreen device comes with a dedicated button that starts Muve Music from where you can pick from a robust catalog of songs, ringtones and ringback tones, provided by the four major record labels (Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group and EMI Music).

However, you should know that DRM is included in the mix. The good news is that we’re talking about a smart DRM solution from SanDisk, which implemented its technology into a memory card. In other words, it’s a hassle free process to listen to the music – sharing the tunes will be super tricky…
