Arrrrgh! Avast! Uh… shiver me timbers, walk the plank, and Davey Jones’ Locker! Poop deck! Poooooop deeeeeeeeck!

OK, I believe I got all of the immediate pirate talk out of me, so let’s get on with the news. Today is International Talk Like a Pirate Day which, as its name suggests, requires you to go about your daily activities attempting to talk like a pirate while assuring those around you that you are not insane and don’t need a straightjacket. Seeing as this is the one time of year people can appreciate all things pirate, Telltale Games has decided to drop the price on not one, but all of the Monkey Island Tales games for today only.

Monkey Island Tales 1 – 5 have dropped in price from $6.99 to $2.99 which means you can own a whole lot of Monkey Island Tales for only $15 instead of $35. If you’re in the talking like a pirate spirit, then you can’t go wrong with the Monkey Island Tales series as Telltale Games did an outstanding job capturing the original Monkey Island title’s humor and difficulty of puzzles.

Enjoy your time as a pirate because as soon as the Ninjas hear how much fun you’re having, you can expect a random ninja star to make its way to your temple.
