OneTok is a new service for developers that allows them to easily voice-enable their mobile apps. The cloud-based platform is described as seamless to implement, providing developers with a fast and cost-efficient way to make their apps more accessible. At the moment, OneTok works with Android, BlackBerry 10 and iOS, with Windows Phone 8 support coming later in the year.

OneTok also includes a variety of native voice commands, including log in and out, Post to Facebook, share via email or Twitter, save to favorites, search, enter credit card information, navigate back/forward, and zoom in and out. The top 10 commands library is already available for developers participating in closed beta, and free to use until the end of the year. After that, the service will introduce “success-based” tiered pricing depending on usage.

In addition, OneTok also prepared a plug-in for PhoneGap to reach even more developers.

Pretty promising if you ask me? If we can judge by Twilio’s example, OneTok is set for success. Love how smart companies make complicated things simple for developers, eventually making all of us happier. 😉
