HP Windows 8 tablet makes another official appearance on HP’s site

It’s long been rumored that HP is working on at least one tablet running the upcoming Windows 8 platform, and in the past week more and more evidence has emerged of what the device might look like. Today’s image comes from HP’s own “Make it Matter” campaign site, a site which features ways HP products can help you do things that matter. In one of the images entitled “Patient care matters,” a physician is shown holding the rumored HP Slate 8 tablet as she flips through a chart.

The device in the picture is identical to one featured in an HP promotional video last week, lending to the idea that this may be the final iteration of the HP tablet. Windows 8 is set to be released October 26th, and we should have more information about the Slate 8 and HP’s other upcoming Windows 8 tablets around that time.
