Motorola is offering $100 rebate when you trade up select smartphones. The offer is currently available in the United States, though you should keep in mind that the terms and conditions of your existing contract still apply including any early termination fees.

The phones that are eligible to the update include DROID 3, DROID X2, ATRIX 4G, ATRIX 2, ADMIRAL, CLIQ 2, MILESTONE 3, MILESTONE X2, ELECTRIFY, PHOTON 4G, XPRT, TITANIUM and TRIUMPH. And you can use that $100 to purchase one of these: ATRIX HD, DROID RAZR M, DROID RAZR HD, DROID RAZR MAXX HD, ELECTRIFY 2 and PHOTON Q.

In the same news item, Motorola also said that most Moto devices first offered for sale in 2011 or later will get their serving of Jelly Bean.
