The new Samsung Galaxy S III Mini is now available across many European countries, including France, Germany and the UK.

In France and Germany, Amazon is offering the unlocked (SIM-free) phone for 369 EUR and 343 EUR, respectively. We’re not sure whether local carriers are offering it, but that will undoubtedly happen in the next month or so.

As for the UK, you can get the phone for free from Three as long as you commit on a rather pricy (for what the Galaxy S III Mini is offering) 28 GBP/month plan. Or get it on prepay for 269.99 GBP plus a top up. Alternatively, there are phone retailers like Expansys and the Carphone Warehouse, asking some 300 GBP for the contract-free device.

We can’t really suggest Galaxy S III’s smaller brother as the same money gets you Sammy’s last year’s flagship, Galaxy S2, which is still a better device with bigger screen and a slightly faster CPU…
