ZTE announces 4 new Android smartphones in Russia: Grand Era, V790, V887, V889M

ZTE unveiled 4 new Android smartphones in Russia though we’re certain some of those will also be available in other parts of the world, including Europe and Asia. Most of the phones presented at the company’s press event aim for low-to-mid end of the market, except for the ZTE Grand Era, which is made for folks looking for the high-end device, one that rocks an HD screen and quad-core processor. Here are all the details:

  • 8.6mm thick
  • 8-megapixel camera on the back, 1.3-megapixel front-facing one

  • 4-inch screen, most likely WVGA
  • 1GHz dual-core processor
  • 5-megapixel rear camera
  • 512MB of RAM, 4GB of ROM
  • Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich

ZTE V887

  • Dual SIM
  • 5-inch WVGA screen
  • 1Ghz dual-core CPU
  • 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing one
  • 512MB of RAM, 4GB of ROM

In addition, the Chinese company also showcase the ZTE Grand X LTE which has been originally announced in June.
