Sprint’s ‘Upgrade Now’ program shuts down until further notice

Sprint sent out an internal memo saying it has shutdown its popular Upgrade Now program that allows subscribers to pay a little extra to get upgrade pricing a little early. In the memo The Now Network mentions the program will be “temporarily¬†discontinued.” However, Sprint told Android Central that it should “check back later to see if the program has been reinstated,” which means the company doesn’t plan to do away with the program¬†after all. This temporary hold could be due to some back-end stuff the carrier could be working on. Who knows.

Who out there uses Sprint’s Upgrade Now program?
