A new, still unannounced Samsung smartphone has been caught in the GLBenchmark database. Model number SCH-I425 is codenamed “Godiva” and we hope it will be as sweet as famous chocolates.

The GLBenchmark listing isn’t all revealing, but it does tell us this baby has an HD 720p screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz, LTE connectivity support, while Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean is running the show. It is heading to Verizon Wireless, which may end-up offering it as Stratosphere III. This is just a speculation at this stage but it’s indicative that the original Stratosphere was marked as SCH-I405, its successor (Stratosphere II) as SCH-I415 so this “gotta” be the Stratosphere III, right? Actually that doesn’t have to be the case, it’s just that bloggers like to predict and speculate on things before they happen. We’ll get back to you when Godiva launches… ;)

Sounds really tasty… to bad it doesn’t have a full HD screen.
