Nokia is still catching up in the smartphone market, but when it comes to feature phones, its Asha series is selling like crazy with some 9.3 million units shipping to customers in the last quarter of 2012. To make for an even sweeter deal, and prepare for the upcoming Valentine’s Day, the company is launching special version of select devices, including the Asha 308, 309 and 311.

The new Nokia Asha Charme series devices come with floral patterns on the back case, representing Chrysanthemums which is apparently the symbol of the sun in Eastern mythology. You won’t be able to buy these new flowery handsets everywhere — rather, their availability will be limited to Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and a few other CIS countries.

When it comes to pricing, the Asha Charme 308 and 309 will sell for 4,490 Rubles each (about $148), while the Asha 311 Charme will go for 4,990 Rubles ($165), with the built-in 1GHz processor, better (3.2-megapixel) camera and HSDPA connectivity support justifying the higher price. All three should hit the store shelves before the end of January.

All of these Nokia Asha device sport a 3-inch 240×400 pixels touchscreen with pre-installed social networking apps, email client and web browser making for a smartphone-like experience.
