The “problem” with exiting wireless chargers is that they have too simple, even dull look to them. And that shouldn’t be the case since this is the promising new technology that wants to make our lives even more wire free.

Enter Tylt, the mobile accessory maker which unveiled a new Vu wireless charger that comes in 3 vibrant colors (as you can see from the image above), and that unlike some other chargers (like Nokia’s desktop charger) it works both in vertical and horizontal modes.

The Tylt Vu supports Qi Wireless Charging standard which at the moment is used in the likes of Nexus 4, HTC Droid DNA, Nokia Lumia 820, 822, 810 and 920. And the list will undoubtedly grow soon.

As for the price and availability, this sexy accessory is already available for pre-order for $70, and the first units will ship on April 1st. You can read more about the Tylt Vu from here.

I will wait a few more weeks and see if the Nexus 4 Orb is released. If there is no announcement, I’ll pre-order this one.
