Samsung Galaxy S II Plus is now available in select European countries, including Germany, Finland and Romania.

In Germany, Amazon is asking 365 EUR for the unlocked unit, in Finland – Gigantti is selling it for 378 EUR, while in Romania the same phone could be yours from Orange for just 315 EUR (also without a contract).

If you recall, this is a slightly updated version of the original Samsung Galaxy S II that runs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean out of box. Rest of the specs are pretty much unchanged and include a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED WVGA screen, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 8MP rear camera, 2MP front-facing one, HSPA+, Wi-Fi, 1GB of RAM though just 8GB of internal memory (which can be expanded with microSD cards).

Meanwhile, we caught the Galaxy S II Plus at the FCC. The version government-employed engineers got to play with has a 3G radio that sings on AT&T’s frequencies (850 and 1900 MHz) though we doubt the carrier will ever add it to its portfolio. But you never know…
