According to a report in TmoNews, the launch of the Galaxy S4 on T-Mobile has been delayed. The Galaxy S4 was supposed to go on sale starting tomorrow, but a problem with inventory forced T-Mobile to hold off selling the phone until next week. The wireless carrier made the following statement:
We know customers are really looking forward to getting their new Samsung Galaxy S 4 soon. However, due to an unexpected delay with inventory deliveries, the Galaxy S 4 will not be available on www.T-Mobile.com as planned on Wednesday, April 24. Instead, online availability is expected to begin on Monday, April 29. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working with Samsung to deliver the device to T-Mobile customers as soon as possible.
AT&T is accepting pre-orders for the device, and the last delivery date included on the pre-order page said the handset will ship on the 29th. Sprint is also selling the Galaxy S4 and hasn’t deviated from its original launch date of April 27, at least not yet.
