Looks like HTC and Canada’s Bell Mobility are preparing to further grow the sales of the HTC One. The carrier will apparently bundle a free $25 Google Play gift card with every One purchase. Here’s how that sounds in Bell’s own words:
New postpaid customers activating an HTC One on any term with any plan will receive $25 Google Play gift card credit via SMS on July 2, 2013.
It is said that this promo will start later today, ending by the end of week on June 16th.
Guess HTC wants to steal some thunder from Samsung’s Galaxy S4 or something. We would think they’re moving enough units even without this kind of special deals. Then again, every spike in sales gotta count for something, right?
