sierra wireless evdo rev a usb modemSierra Wireless, not wanting to waste the CTIA pre-show buzz by sitting on their bums, announced today that their long-awaited EVDO Rev. A USB modem will be shipping this April. Now that’s an announcement that’s been a long time in the making, we were expecting this little USB modem last year!. Better late than never, as they say. The AirCard 595U is expected to be sold from Sprint for “as low as $49.99.” Which means that price you actually pay will depend on the length of contract and number of mail-in rebates (we all love those) that you are willing to deal with.
