Nokia Mobile Phones unit head Kai Oistamo showed also a new ultra-thin low-end model, code-named "Baracuda", which the company is set to start selling in 2007.

Where are the pictures?! I would love to see this. Thin is definitly in and when you mix that with Nokia style then you are sure to have a winner on your hands. I hope it’s a candy bar, I’ll say it again: I’ve yet to see a Nokia clamshell phone I want. The code name is brutal, Barracuda. That’s a brilliant name, if the marketing people decide to label it the Nokia 5719 or some other 4 digit string then I’ll be upset. RAZR’s have a cool name, and Barracuda is just as wicked. I wonder if Reuters realized that they misspelled Barracuda? I’m not in the position to comment on other people’s spelling, I live and die by the F7 key.
