Velti acquires Ad InfuseIt’s true, we’re seeing quite a few mobile advertising companies, offering an array of services, solutions, products, platforms… you name it. It’s about time to see some of them being acquired by bigger rivals, and the market to start consolidating.

That said, we’ve recently found out that Velti has acquired personal mobile marketing company – Ad Infuse. As a result, Velti’s position as the world’s largest mobile marketing and advertising company by revenues, profitability and global reach is further expanded. Moreover, after the acquisition, Velti will have a better position in the US market and sustain its growth over the coming years.

Ad Infuse’s management team will be integrated into Velti’s structure, and the same goes with their award-winning technology and prestigious customer base, which includes such companies as Procter & Gamble, Dell, AT&T, Disney, Swisscom, France Telecom, Orange and Microsoft.

The integrated company will comprise over 400 people across US, Europe, China, India and the Middle East…
