EvernoteI’ve almost missed this, but since we’re talking about my favorite note taking tool, I must cover it nonetheless.

Evernote has recently announced that they’ve surpassed one million registered users. They are very pleased with the numbers, adding jokingly that Evernote now has more users than there are people in the 10th largest city in the U.S. or the 155th largest country in the world (take that, Djibouti)! Moreover, they’re also point some favorable numbers like:

  • It took New York City 250 years to grow to a million people,
  • AOL scored 1 millionth user within nine years,
  • Twitter got to a million users in about a year and a half,
  • and Evernote in less than one year!

Kudos to Evernote! Personally I love you for making such a great service and I’m hoping all the users who read this will sign-up as well. Hint: it’s great for storing your business cards!
