At the CEATEC show in Japan, Fujitsu is showing off quite a variety of concept phones that are worth a gander. Sure, they may never see the light of a release proper, but it’s always fun to watch an episode of “Industrial Designers Gone Wild”. That round dealie on the left has a bit of Motorola aura inspiration when it comes to the circular screen, but I’m not sure that the rotary dial pad is ready to make a comeback just yet. The one in the middle is a little too sharp to be hand-friendly, but the keypad is actually five separate sections that all telescope inside the main unit. Snazzy. That last one looks like it will be good to go when we have robotic exoskeletons in the future and need a phone built into the bracer. There’s plenty of more eye candy at the via, so check ’em out.
