If he could have a dedicated iPhone app, why not an iPhone-optimized website of its transition team? That’s exactly what happened as iPhone and iPod Touch users will now see a version of Change.gov specially tailored for their devices.

Here’s the official description from Apple’s Web apps page:

Change.gov, the website of the Obama administration’s transition team, is now available as an iPhone app.

Visitors to this website agree to grant a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to the rest of the world for their submissions to Change.gov under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License.

Enough said. If you care to know more about Obama’s work while in transition (until he’s moved to WhiteHouse.gov), point your Safari to change.gov and take it from there.
