iLava app brings lava lamp to the iPhone, nothing else

New York City-based Gotham Wave Games recently launched an application for the iPhone that turns the device into a realistic approximation of the groovy ’60s tabletop icon – lava lamp. The so called iLava lets users interact with the virtual blobs of hot wax by allowing them to push lava around the screen with their fingers and push blobs together to merge them or pull them apart. All this can be done while listening to the music…

And that’s about all iLava does. It’s a funny little app that certainly won’t make you more productive, but could entertain you while listening to the music in the queue, for instance. It costs a buck ($0.99) and you can grab it from here (iTunes).
