LG Milestone: 20 Million QWERTY Phones Sold Worldwide

LG has announced that to date they have sold more than 20 million QWERTY phones worldwide. That’s a lot of QWERTY devices in all sorts of form factors… although, one has to admit that LG loves the slider. Certainly LG has had their share of flops, but among the most successful QWERTY devices are the enV series (over 8 million sold in North America) and the Rumor series (6 million units sold in North America). Any way you slice it, congratulations has to go to LG for reaching this milestone. I’m sure 30 million, 40 million, and 50 million aren’t too far ahead on the horizon…
