WappleA company called Wapple recently announced its new product called Wapple Architect. Basically, the new application is designed to enable developers to easily mobilise existing PC web apps and create new mobile services that integrate existing data and content.

Wapple Architect uses XML-based language making called WAPL, and the resulting applications should automatically work on any phone, while at the same time being accessible via the same URL for PC web users. To be fair, I’m not sure whether basic feature phones are also included in the mix – you’ll have to check that out for yourself.

Anyway, if you understood something from the mambo-jumbo above and want to get more details, there’s a dedicated website with more information. Hopefully, you’ll find it useful and get us some cool apps and services. 😉
