Nokia Messaging

Nokia keeps announcing new partners for its Nokia Messaging offering. Latest carrier to jump on board is Austria’s A1, part of mobilkom austria, which will start offering the Finnish giant’s consumer email service starting from May 2009.

As a result, A1 will offer users Nokia Messaging app/service bundled with a special plan of 5 EUR per month that also comes with a free month trial period.

Commenting on the announcement, mobilkom austria’s Dr. Reinhard Zuba said: “A1 aims to make mobile applications easily available for our 4.5 million customers. We have constantly proven our know-how and innovativeness with mobile email solutions. Now, we are delighted to be in the frontline in bringing Nokia Messaging to Austria. As the leading solution provider for mobile email in Austria we are again delighting our customers with an attractive offer.”
