I’m Canadian. I live in Canada, and come winter time, there’s a certain sport that seems to distract us from the cold weather and early, frigid evenings. No, I’m not talking about hockey (that’s a given), I’m talking about Curling. The game of rocks and brooms and double take-outs and raises and freezes. Yep, it’s a passion for a heck of a lot of Canadians, and now the game is available on the iPhone.
Developer Markus Hofer has pot together the ‘Age of Curling’, the best curling app available for the iPhone to date. The game features full 3D-graphics, and multiple game modes. Play vs. the computer or a friend at many venues around the world. The physics in the game are not quite spot-on yet, but I guarantee this will improve as updates are released. When you put the whole package together with the solid graphics, sound and controls… this title is an almost must-have for any curler.
