Verizon Wireless has added Veoh channel, allowing its V CAST users to watch video content from the popular video distribution network on their handsets. What this means is that Verizon just added tons of video clips to its V CAST offering — those not familiar should know that Veoh is distribution platform of choice for more than 85,000 video publishers, from independent producers to some of the best known brands in music, sports, politics, and entertainment.

Verizon adds Voah Video on V CAST

Naturally, the two companies will optimize the content for mobile video watching and at least initially will roll-out only the selected content from Veoh’s database. The so called “Best of Veoh” video collection includes animation, comedy, entertainment, drama, and Web-series video clips, and will be continually refreshed to “help keep V CAST customers entertained while on-the-go.”

There you have it — more video is available on V CAST with more to come, meaning if you’re a Verizon customer you should be well entertained while on the go.
