A few days ago ShoZu and Qipit announced a partnership. For those not familiar, Qipit provides a service which lets consumers turn any written or printed information into a digital copy that can be stored and shared on the go, and ShoZu is the well-known free service for quickly and easily accessing, saving and sharing photos, podcasts, videos and music.

ShoZu - Qipit

With this partnership, qipit users with smartphones gain the convenience of “one-click” uploading of their pictures to qipit. Using qipit and ShoZu Share-It together is the fastest and easiest way to capture documents with a camera phone. Also, the ShoZu uploader eliminates the need to use MMS or mobile email when using qipit from a camera phone and maintains the original image size, ensuring qipit users that their digital copies are of the best possible quality. And with qipit, ShoZu users can quickly and easily save and share digital copies of documents with their camera phones – a personal handwritten note, class notes, business documents from meetings, information on a bulletin board or a whiteboard, an article in a magazine, or even a recipe – anytime, anywhere.

Qipit users can download the free ShoZu uploader to their camera phone from here, then select qipit as the “one-click” destination in the Share-It service. ShoZu users can sign up for qipit here.
