QWERTY keyboard-equipped NEC Terrain heading to AT&T

We don’t get to see Android smartphones with physical QWERTY keyboards that often. In fact, I can’t recall the last time such product was launched… That could change soon with the NEC Terrain, which could soon hit AT&T’s portfolio. Toshiba AT10LE-A is the upcoming Android tablet with Nvidia Tegra 4 CPU?

Toshiba is apparently working on a new tablet with Nvidia’s Tegra 4 processor. As you can see from the image above (and few other images below), the upcoming device — marked as AT10LE-A — will be one of the first products to use the super-fast CPU. Leaked Photos Show A New Motorola Device, Could This Be The X Phone?

AT&T To Offer New “All In One” Prepaid Plans In June?

According to Fierce Wireless, AT&T will be revamping its prepaid services by launching a new prepaid brand called “All In One.” Sources suggest that AT&T will be offering unlimited voice, text and data service starting at $35 a month for feature phones, and $50 per month for smartphones. Although details on data allotment for the feature phone plan is not known, the smartphone plan will include 2 GB of HSPA data in the unlimited $50 plan, and may provide a plan with 5GB of data for $70 per month. LG working on Nexus 5 and new Google TV set, says report

LG is in the process of making a Nexus 5 and new Google TV set-top-box and television, according to a report. The plan is for the search giant and LG to collaborate on several new products including another smartphone and an OLED TV set. The two companies teaming up is serious business as Google CEO Larry Page and LG’s chief executive Koo Bon-joon met recently in South Korea, says the Korean Times. The second generation Microsoft Surface tablet will dawn the stage at BUILD Developer Conference on June 26th, according to Digitimes. Thanks to SamMobile, we now have some new rumors about Samsung’s Galaxy Note III phablet. FCC Filing Shows T-Mobile Prepping Sony Xperia Z For Release

According to a new filing from the FCC, T-Mobile is planning on releasing the Sony Xperia Z on its network. We heard a rumor suggesting the device was making its way to T-Mobile last month, and the FCC filing nudges that rumor closer to reality. Leaked Renders Show HTC One Mini in The Works

The HTC M4 has been making its way through the rumor mill since last February, back when HTC’s One was still being called the M7. iOS 7 delay possible due to complete UI redesign

Jonathan Ive, who took over the reigns of iOS software designer from Scott Forstall recently, is apparently considering a slight iOS 7 delay in order to finish the UI overhaul that is planned in the operating system’s new release.
