With the release of iOS 4.3, Apple’s home sharing for iPhone has been expanded.  Prior to this release, home sharing could only be used with PCs but now using your wi-fi network you are able to share your iTunes library with up to five devices, this includes your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch as well as Apple TV (2nd generation).
