Along with these 7 phones Nokia has also launched a new site detailing the emerging markets with real world stories, feature lists and data sheets.

Let us do these by numerical value.

The 1200 and 1208 are the exact same phone with the only difference being the 1208 has a color VGA screen while the 1200 is monochrome. Is that a typo? Low end phones now come with VGA resolution screens?

Update: The press release does have a typo. The data sheets, which can be found here, indicate that both devices have a resolution of 98×68.

Key features for the 1200/1208 include multiple (maximum of 5) phone books so families can share this device, as well as built in flashlight and increased durability.

Both come out in 2Q 2007 and have dimensions of 102 mm x 44.1 mm x 17.5 mm and a weight of 76.9 grams.

Here is the 1200, which will cost 35 euros:

And the the 1208 coming in at 40 euros:

Next in line is the 1650, which got lumped into the same press release as the 2660.

The 1650 has a flashlight, mp3 ring tones and you can set the limit on the length of your calls. It will cost 55 euros and have the following dimensions: 104.2 mm x 43.8 mm x 17.8 mm.

80 grams with a screen resolution of 128×160.

The 2660 is a clamshell that has Bluetooth and GPRS capability. It runs S40, weighs 80.3 grams and is 87 mm x 44.8 mm x 20.7 mm large. Cost is 85 euros, 128×160 resolution screen.

Both devices come out 2Q 2007. Now for the pictures, here is the 1650:

Now the 2660:

How good is your algebra? If you’ve been keeping track we now have 3 phones left. The 2630 and the 2760 get along in this one press release. Features to note:

The 2630 is Nokia’s thinnest phone at 9.9 mm, 105 mm tall and 45 mm wide. It has Bluetooth and a camera with an expected price of 85 euros during the third quarter of 2007. Weight is 65 grams. The screen is only 128×160 and the camera takes VGA pictures.

The 2760 is 90 euros and comes out in the same time frame. Those extra 5 euros buy you style. Dimensions are 87 mm x 44.8 mm x 20.7 mm and you’ll be happy to note: It runs S40! Screen is … guess … 128×160.

Ladies and gentlemen, the 2630:

And the more stylish 2760:

Last we have a CDMA product. You can stop reading at this point, but for those who care this what you can expect out of the 2505:

Second quarter 2007 availability with a price that hasn’t been decided yet. Weight of 65 grams with a screen resolution of 128×160 sporting 65k colors. This device will only work on the CDMA 800 MHz band and it has the following dimensions: 82 mm x 42 mm x 16.65 mm

Did I mention it has a flashlight too? Picture:
