O2 has created a dedicated team of mobility experts (the “O2 Professional Services Team”), to help out enterprise customers.
Apparently the idea is to remove the “hassle” of customers having to deal with this, and provide ROI (return on investment) information, before any finalised solutions are recommended.
This adds to the momentum from last month when O2 significantly dropped it’s roaming rates – looking forward, O2 plans to get up to 10.2Mbps on it’s HSDPA network by the end of 2008, and create an SME offering for it’s fixed-line broadband offshoot during this year also.
The thought of 10.2Mbps, as an O2 customer, really does make me happy – bring on hi-speed mobile broadband – to my phone please!
