Leaked Image Gives Us Look Into Fido’s Upcoming Device Lineup

Wondering what devices are up and coming at Fido? I can almost guarantee you weren’t… But even so, it’s always cool to know what’s coming up on carriers around the world. Via a leaked image complete with a fantastic spelling error, this so-called Fido memo gives us some details on what is to come. It even teaches us a new spelling of ‘Launches’… Apparently it’s ‘launchs’. All this time I was wrong.

fido-lineupGetting back to the devices, the image shows the Samsung f266 for launch on February 10th, the Sony Ericsson T303 for an early March launch, the LG TE365 for an end of March launch, and the Motorola W233 (aka ‘Renew’) for launch April 22nd. Interesting. Prices for the devices should be as follows:

  • Samsung f266: $150 outright or $25 on a 2-year plan
  • Sony Ericsson T303: $110 outright or $10 on a 2-year plan
  • LG TE365: $175 outright or $50 on a 2-year plan
  • Motorola W233: $70 outright or $10 on a 2-year plan

You might recall some of the ‘earth friendly’ details of the Motorola W233 ‘Renew’. It’s the first mobile device to be carbon free, and it’s made completely out of recycled water bottles.
