CrunchTime helps iPhone users achieve a perfect work-life balance

CrunchTime is a new app that wants to help iPhone and iPod Touch users achieve their work-life balance goals. You could think of it as a combination of an organizer and check-in service, allowing you to gain achievement badges while tracking work hours, health, vacation hours and more. As a result, users will get a knowledge of “how their time is really spent” to eventually improve their overall quality of life. Plus, this tracking data can either be viewed from within the app or exported to a PDF file for a better analysis from a computer.

In addition, you can keep up with family, friends and co-workers by adding them to the list to easily correspond with them from within the application. Moreover, you can also see who’s working overtime — presuming they using CrunchTime as well.

Personally I’m not a big fan of “badge-gaining services,” but I can see things like that flying as you get some symbolic reward for every small step taken.
