A new image of the rumored budget iPhone has emerged today, showing a hard plastic casing with the Apple logo, iPhone branding and FCC markings. We’ve seen some wildly colorful back panels before, but are questionable due to their lack of FCC and other certification markings.
While Apple has not announced the release or even the existence of a budget iPhone, analysts have been predicting for some time now that a budget iPhone is in the cards for the Cupertino company. Apple is expected to release the iPhone 5S and the budget iPhone later this year, possibly on September 6th. Both devices are expected to be running on Apple’s new version of its mobile OS, iOS 7.
