We’ve already told you that iPad mini 2 will come in iPhone 5s-like colors, and yes the gold version is one of them.
Now we have the first leaked image to show you, thanks to the French site NowhereElse. As you can attest for yourself, this thing looks fancy, and I say that as someone who doesn’t dig gold gadgets.
It is said that the iPad mini 2 will also rock a sapphire crystal home button that may (or may not – we’re not sure) include fingerprint reader.
Rest of the specs are rumored to include a Retina Display with 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution, 1GB of RAM, and A7 chip with M7 motion coprocessor.
Again, we’re hearing that Apple will officially unveil new iPads at an event on October 15th. And it’s likely we’ll get few more details before that date. Stay tuned in the meantime… and do let us know how you like this gold iPad mini 2. 😉
