Let’s say you like personalized news magazine apps like Flipboard and Google Play Newsstand. Let’s also presume none of the existing apps works for you. Perhaps Sony has what it takes to please your news reading appetite.

The Sony Socialife News app used to be an Xperia exclusive; no more – now everyone can join the party and keep up with all the news from their buddies’ Twitter and Facebook feeds, as well as general news, entertainment, sports and IT. The Japanese company has contracts with some 250 news organizations so you should be able to easily find something interesting to read while on the go.

The application also has its own widget using which you’ll be able to keep up with big stories right from the phone’s homescreen.

We’re not sure everyone will like Socialife News but nothing stops you from trying it out. Hit the link below and take it from there.
