LG announced three new tablets, G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0 and G Pad 10.1. Unfortunately though we’ve no idea what kind of hardware these three pack under the hood. The Korean company vaguely described each one of these:
- G Pad 7.0 – this 7-incher is “designed to be held in one hand,” delivering “both portability and power.”
- G Pad 8.0 – with its 8-inch screen, this tablet offers an “immersive multimedia experience and smooth multitasking.”
- G Pad 10.1 – the 10.1-inch device with big battery.
These three were announced ahead of the MedPI 2014, which is an IT/Tech trade show taking place in Monaco from May 13-16. They [tablets] will join LG’s existing Pad 8.3 tablet, which as far as we’ve understood, will still be available.
Finally, LG reminded us about its own software that sings on top of Android, including QPair 2.0 and Knock Code.
Additional details of LG’s new G Pad tablets will be announced in the weeks ahead.
