Well, besides being a great way to surf the Internet, browse email, and play games, the iPad can also be used to remotely connect to any of your computers while you’re on the go. We don’t know about you, but there are times when we’re relaxing on our couches and we’re suddenly reminded of a work related task. We could walk all the way over to the work computer and handle it, or fire up the LogMeIn Ignition remote desktop app and continue to enjoy our downtime while getting a little bit of work done.
We’ve tried quite a number of remote desktop apps on my iPad, and one of our favorites has to be LogMeIn Ignition. It’s very easy to use, takes little effort to set up, and with each update, the app becomes more and more useful for us while on the go. The best part is that the app is universal, so you don’t have to have a reliable Wi-Fi connection on and iPad to log into your desktop computer – simply use your iPhone.
We have five (5) LogMeIn Ignition codes to giveaway this week. What you’ll need to do is submit a comment on why you’d need an app like this in your life. The way this giveaway will work is we’ll pick a winner every day from 4/19 until 4/23 at 4PM ET / 1PM PT. Once a winner is chosen and the code has been handed out, we’ll update this article accordingly. We’ll only be accepting one comment entry per person, but your one comment will be counted every day until all codes are given away, which means you’ll have 5 chances to win a code!
