Evernote updated its BlackBerry client, though it’s still not on par with its iOS and Android counterparts. Nevertheless version 3.4 brings several important improvements, including:
- Improved home screen – which is revamped to make it easier to see which items are selected. Moreover, there are “better” colors, an easy-to-see grid and clearer text labels.
- Ability to filter the Notes screen to show notes by notebook. This is handy for quick browsing – in order to switch between notebooks, tap on the green bar along the top of the list and choose a notebook.
- Better appending – you can now see the content of the note just below the text that you’re adding.
- Faster synchronization
- Easier to read text throughout the app
- Redesigned List View that shows many more notes on a single screen than it has in the past.
Evernote remains the free (and must-have, I might add) app and you can get it from a link below.
