Remember that Alcatel Windows Phone we’ve told you about few days ago? Well, it’s heading to China where it will be offered under the name of TCL Horizon S606. As we reported before, it’s an entry-level smartphone with specs that include a 1GHz single-core processor, 4-inch WVGA screen, dual cameras (5-megapixel on the back, VGA front-facing one), 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, while Windows Phone 7.8 is running the show.

It is said that the Horizon S606 will hit China by the end of this year though as I’m writing this, we’re still not sure when that will happen exactly. Moreover, we’ve no information when it will also be available in other parts of the world, but we’ll make sure to spread the news the minute we hear something new. Stay tuned in the meantime, k?
