Now this is what I call mobile gaming. Just imagine this baby connected a Bluetooth keyboard and a TV set and voila… you get the real gaming console. Enjoy the short demonstration of Quake running on the Nokia N95 8GB. Yeah, it brings back some memories… 🙂 [Via: DailyMobile.se]

Nokia’s 7th Flagship Store opened in Shanghai, China
Nokia has opened a new Flagship store in Shanghai, China. The new store is the world’s largest so far, and like other Flagship Stores around the world also allows customers to try-out the latest Nokia devices as well as “experience the beauty and distinction of the Nokia brand.” The Nokia Shanghai Flagship Store is located…
Rogers to launch Apple iPhone on December 7th?
Apparently what you just saw is Rogers Wireless’ ad for the iPhone. As you can see for yourself, Apple and Rogers will be rolling out the iPhone (most probably the 8GB model) on December 7th with pre-orders starting on November the 20th. Nothing is still confirmed, but I guess it’s about time to see Canadians…
Video: The Skype Phone, it is real, 10 minute hands on preview
Video was sent to me by Emilio Vignapiano from Cellulare Magazine. At first I refused to believe the Skype phone was even real, regardless of the pictures and the press release. Something about creating a phone around a proprietary voice service, albeit the most popular one in the world, is just unsettling. This is however…
It’s Official: The wrong Steve is running Apple
“Woz” as people like to call him recently sat down with laptop magazine. He gave straight, pure, unedited thoughts about the iPhone that just might shock those people who think a black turtle neck and jeans is what Jesus would be wearing today if he was alive: Laptop Magazine: Is there anything you would change…
Sandisk launches the US Nokia N95 8 GB before Nokia does
That title may be a play on words, but here is a picture of a Nokia N95, the American version witch has more RAM and a larger battery compared to the EU model, with a 8 GB microSDHC card. Granted the European N95 8GB that recently launched has a larger and brighter screen, it also…
Video: Sidekick LX Review
Video done by Eric from Phone Scoop. This is a very interesting device and if it wasn’t for BlackBerry’s gain into the teenage market with the Pearl than this phone might have done well. The specifications are really dated, but then again this was not made for people who can afford a $700 Nokia N95…
Video: The Official S60 Touch UI Demo
This is what Rafe and I saw at the Symbian Smartphone Show. The folks over at S60 were nice enough to upload the clip from the raw feed straight to youtube:
DVB-H, dead in the water already?
Steve Litchfield proposed a question on Friday: which method of consuming video content do you see taking off in the future? DVB-H aka the same broadcast system principle our parents and their parents grew up with or on demand content a la YouTube? In less time than it takes for blood to move from one…
Nokia N93 NGage-related firmware coming soon? Please Nokia add Bluetooth A2DP support
The new NGage platform is coming within few weeks, and will probably include the firmware updates for all the devices supported. I’m hoping that this update will finally resolve my biggest problem with the N93 — the lack of Bluetooth A2DP support. And while we’ve nothing confirmed from Nokia, we can still hope they will…
