OtterBox 1938 for the BlackBerry Bold

OtterBox cases have been the way to go for the most rugged mobile accessories for some time, but ever since their Defender Series lineup, they’ve been scaling down for a slightly more relaxed clientele. Who needs to send a text while they’re skydiving anyway? The Impact Series is OtterBox’s slimmest product to date, moving them down from the case to skin category. Generally speaking there’s not much to rubber skins, but the Impact Series has a lot of distinct characteristics that set it apart – namely extra protection around the corners by way of additional internal supports. Still, it’s OtterBox’s first go at a skin and they’ve got a few things to learn for future devices.
