MetroPCS Opens Up Network to Unlocked GSM Devices

Today, MetroPCS announced that its customers can now use unlocked GSM devices on their network, which has been solely CDMA up until this point. FreedomPop adds voice to its free smartphone data plan

FreedomPop announced today that it will soon add voice minutes and unlimited text messages to its free smartphone data plans.
