T-Mobile today has announced the availability of Nokia’s new Windows Phone 8 powered Lumia 521, which will be exclusively available on T-Mobile’s network. The device will retail for $29.99 down with 24 monthly payments of $5 for qualified customers who choose a new simple choice plan. Just yesterday we reported that a billboard was spotted advertising the Nokia Lumia 928 as “The best low-light smartphone camera.” Nokia had yet to officially talk about the new device though.
