Contact UsIf you insist on taking photos with your iPad, why not add a nice telephoto lens to your set up? It’s more to carry around, makes your sleek tablet lopsided and unruly, and comes with the added bonus of making you look even more ridiculous waving your iPad in the air, screaming “SAYYYY CHEEEEEESE!” Photojojo has a new line of telephoto lens adapters for the iPad 3, iPad 4 (10x), and iPad mini (12x), and they’re as stylish as you’d think, resembling something in between a Dalek’s eyestalk and its … Read more
We’ve all seen it before, dominoes lined up to fall and form a pattern after the first domino falls. Today, Aatma Studios takes that concept and applies it to smartphones, more specifically, the iPhone. Aatma Studios has created this amazing video which shows what happens when over 9000 (10,000 to be exact) iPhones are lined up like dominoes to create an artistic pattern. Multiple rows of iPhones wind their way through Aatma’s offices, even traversing a few elevators to form a giant rectangle at the end that….I won’t ruin it … Read more
There may be a decent selection of Nexus 4 cases at this point, but there’s always room for more. So when I saw the GENx Hybrid Bumper Case for the Nexus 4, I knew I had to give it a go. While the official bumper case for the Nexus 4 does it’s job just fine, I’m personally a sucker for orange.. anything. With no other official color options to be found (in the Google Play Store, at least) this bumper case may be a good option for those who want … Read more
Buying a case for a tablet can be a fun experience. This is because tablet cases have become less about protecting your shiny new $500+ device and more of a fashion accessory. Choices range from the intriguing to downright odd and hardly functional. At the end of the day, when you drop that bedazzled case, it’ll shatter, along with your tablet on impact. When that happens, you’ll likely wish that you went with something a bit better. Possibly the best case on the market to keep your tablet protected is from G-Form, … Read more
A supposed case of the next-generation iPad 5 has been photographed in Hong Kong. Again, this suggest that the new iPad will infact have a complete redesign. Many suspect that the next-gen iPad is going to adopt the look and feel of its smaller brethren in the iPad mini, which is something we’ve been hearing since late January. With Apple dropping the ball with secrecy as of late (ahem: remember the iPhone 5 shell casing leak?); it’s hard to 100 percent refute this case as not being the legit form … Read more
Popular Chinese news site Sohu posted these pics of an incredibly resourceful pickpocket stealing an iPhone from a woman on a moving bicycle! These amazing photos were taken in downtown Zhengzhou and instantly became a Chinese web sensation, leading to the perpetrator turning himself in. The thief, dubbed in the Chinese media as “Suit Man” (or, hilariously, “Suit Male” by Google Translate) was caught on camera deftly sniping the cherished device while jogging behind its oblivious owner. After the images went viral, Suit Male, a man named Wang, turned himself in and … Read more
More rumors are beginning to circle about the upcoming iPhone 5S and Retina iPad mini. The word that’s going around is that both next-generation devices are going to be launched a little later than expected. This slight delay is supposedly due to a handful of issues in their development, according to analyst Ming-chi Kuo of KGI Securities. Ming-chi Kuo has a slew of reasons justifying his logic. Firstly, he believes the iPhone 5S is having problems integrating a new fingerprint sensor part into the handset. This rumor about the fingerprint … Read more
Lately I’ve noticed that there’s a new trend in the way I’ve been using my iPad 2 or, rather, the way I haven’t been using it. That’s just it: I haven’t been using it. I’ve owned my iPad for about two years now and I go through the highs and lows. The highs are when I use it a lot for reading articles, playing games, organizing my life, maybe even watching a movie, and so on. The lows are when I’ll occasionally pick it up to do any one of … Read more
T-Mobile is readying its support for its upcoming iPhone on its AWS network. We’ve known for some time now that the iPhone 5 doesn’t support T-Mo’s 1700 MHz 3G band but it can be modified to work. According to TMoNews, Magenta plans to push out a carrier update on April 5th enabling LTE and Visual Voicemail among other features to the iPhone 5. This is an Apple update so folks won’t have to wait for it to hit their device in some weird random rollout, instead, it should hit all devices around … Read more
New Nexus 4 units have received a very slight tweak in their design: nubs. Not only to these small nubs allow for better grip on flat surfaces, but also raise the unit slightly for a better speaker experience when the phone is on its back. Luckily, the nubs are very small and don’t take away from the overall design in any way. I’m pretty happy to see this slight tweak, as the slickness of the Nexus 4 has prompted me to have the bumper permanently on at all times. The … Read more
T-Mobile customers holding onto a Nexus 4 are in for quite a treat. If you’re willing to work for it, that is. Yesterday, T-Mobile went live with 7 LTE markets in the US and thanks to some custom ROMs and older device radios, you too can hook your Nexus 4 to T-Mobile’s LTE network too. The Android 4.2.2 update updated the radio in the Nexus 4, squashing T-Mobile LTE dreams, but not all hope is lost. Custom ROMs are here to help you out and give the Nexus 4 the … Read more
