Before getting into the nitty gritty world of mobile telecommunications I was a PC gamer. A very very hard core PC gamer. My lust and passion lead me to an AMD event in NY where I met the CEO of Hypersonic PC, Eyal Akler. We had dinner that night and talked endlessly about the market, video cards, the processor battles, ATi vs nVidia, motherboard voltage modifications, water cooling, literally everything. He immediatly recognized my passion and asked me to interview the following week. I scored that job and loved every single second of it. Eyal and his co-owner Fred were some of the best bosses I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and I am genuinely pleased to see that OCZ has decided to buy them out. OCZ wasn’t always their memory maker of choice, before I came to Hypersonic it was a Corsair house. I don’t want to take credit and say because of me they used OCZ, but there was a time when we experimented with memory from all the major manufactures. OCZ proved their worth and they are a quality company to deal with.
Hypersonic took me under their wing and taught me the ropes of the PC industry, the world you don’t see on hardware websites and online forums. It was a fantastic ride and I wish my old team great success in the upcoming years. You guys deserve this!
