Chillingo is launching a new Aladdin title – Lamp of Aladdin. However, it’s not an arcade game but a puzzler. Here’s the official pitch:

Experience a world where dreams come true and magic is at every corner with “Lamp of Aladdin.” Exclusively available for iPad, the new game immerses players into the fairytale adventures of Aladdin and his faithful genie as they challenge players to test their wits in this new, puzzle adventure game. Prepare to embark on an unforgettable adventure with the magic lamp and see how it provides our hero everything (wealth, power, glory) except the affection and heart of his beloved Princess Boudour.

Lamp of Aladdin features seven “hidden object” and over 70 “match 3” levels, and there are 14 trophies to win. Of course, you can share your best scores with the world thanks to the Crystal integration.

All in all, it looks like a nice game that will definitely make your Sundays more entertaining (at least me thinks so). The trailer below should prove my claim… 😉
