BBC Worldwide launched a new Android app that comes from the creators of the Little Britain show. Available as a free download, Come Fly With Me Holiday Snaps allows you to have your picture taken with your favorite characters from the popular BBC series. You can resize, flip and place the characters wherever you like and once you’re done, share the end-work with your friends via email, Facebook and Twitter to unlock “hilarious video clips and sound bites.” Those clips and soundbites are from the first series, in case you wonder.
Kinda neat but I doubt that many people will dig the app, despite the “good price” (i.e. free). It seems like one of those apps dedicated to the hard core fans of the BBC series. As far as I’m concerned, I’ll skip the download and wait for the official “Only fools and horses” app. 😉
