Thanks to the success of the iPad, consumer interest in tablets is on the rise. They’ve become so popular that retailer Staples compiled an infographic that details how we use our slate devices. It’s a no-brainer that the 10-inch display is the most common size for a tablet. It’s also a given that 88.3% of people use their tablets on the road and that most tablets weigh less than 1.5 pounds.
I was most surprised by the fact that says over half of tablet users are 34 years old and spend only $34 on tablet apps. I would have expected tablet owners to be younger and more willing to drop money on apps. You can check out the remainder of the infographic below.
