Sony’s Xperia Z3v is available for purchase from Verizon today, coming in with a price tag of $199 with a two-year contract, $24.99 a month using the Verizon Edge payment plan or $599 outright. The waterproof 5.3 inch screened beast touts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor running at 2.5GHz, 3GB or RAM and 32GB of internal storage with a microSD slot for memory upgrades. It’s also got a 20MP camera which includes a bunch of Sony goodies, like really fun AR effects and a bevy of camera modes to choose from. It’s also compatible with Remote Play, a feature which will let users stream games from their PS4 systems right ot the Z3v. It’s also got NFC and Qi wireless charging built-in.

If you happen to go for the two-year contract Verizon will knock $200 off of the purchase of an Xperia Z2 Tablet. Pretty nice of ’em, right?

If you’re in the market for a new smartphone that’ll keep you occupied for a few years, you should check out the Xperia Z3v. We’re reviewing Sony’s 2014 flagship now and will have a full review for you next week, so stay tuned!
